Rep. Bridget Kosierowski (D-114) Wednesday. In September, Alan was first at a trailer home fire in Newton Lake. Still in his street clothes, he rescued a woman in her 70s with limited mobility. The device delivers consistent chest compression to a patient in cardiac arrest or a life-saving emergency without interruptions, enabling first responders to quickly transport a patient to a medical facility. It is the first one in Lackawanna County.
